Thank you for shopping at Youronly.shop. We want you to be happy with your purchase and your experience shopping with us. Whether you've already purchased, or are just browsing, we want to outline our return & refund policies so you know what you can expect from us.
14-Day Return Policy
We abide by a "14-day return policy" to offer you a hassle and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your product, or if your product arrives damaged or defective in some way, you may return it within 14 Days from the date oreceipt for items in new condition for a full or partial refund, According to the Terms listed below:
- No damage or stains on the products
- Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed
- All product tags present
- All original tags attached
- In resell-able condition
*If the product is returned for non-quality problems, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
Please email customer@youronly.shop with your order number and return request to make sure your purchase is eligible for a return. After approval, we’ll send you the return address. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:
- ① Items on Clearance, ②Lingerie, ③Underwear & Accessories, ④Customized Items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Rejected Packages
- Any fees or shipping charges incurred by the unauthorized return of the package will be re-billed to the customer in the form of a deduction from any applicable refund amount. In cases where the rejected package costs more than the order itself, a refund is not possible.
- Any shipping and/or customs charges billed to a Youronly.shop shipping account and not explicitly authorized by Youronly.shop will be billed to the customer.
- Youronly.shop is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses; we will ship to the address you provide on your order. Youronly.shop is also not responsible for a customers’ failure to respond to a carriers’ pickup instructions.
How do I return?
To Return a purchase, contact our Customer Service Team within 14 Days after receiving your order at customer@youronly.shop to discuss your options and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please include the following information in your email:
SUBJECT LINE: "Return Request: [Your Order Number]"BODY OF THE EMAIL:
- Your order number
- The reason you are requesting a return.
- List of units from your order that you wish to return.
- The first and last name used to place the order.
- The email address used to place the order.
- The phone number used to place the order.
Once your email has been received, we will provide additional instructions for processing your Return.
Cancellation
You can cancel your orders prior to shipment and will get full refund if the order is canceled successfully.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Exchange
You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched. But due to the timeline for processing exchanges and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we usually don't offer exchanges.
We recommend placing a new order for the item you like and returning your current order for a refund by following the steps above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the following steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Second, contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Third, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
