Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is still processing, we will do our very best to cancel your order once you have contacted us. Due to our goal to process orders as soon as we receive them, we cannot guarantee an order can be canceled once it is placed.Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. But sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
What's the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product, or if your product arrives damaged or defective in some way, you may return it within 15 Days from the date oreceipt for items in new condition for a full or partial refund, Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items. - Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed
- All product tags present
- All original tags attached
- In resell-able condition
- Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. ① Items on Clearance, ②Lingerie, ③Underwear & Accessories, ④Customized Items. ).
